Ana’s background in both business development and account management will provide the strategic expertise travel managers look for in a travel management partner. She will lead the client services team while they exceed clients’ expectations with managing travel, controlling expenses, operationalizing data and leveraging AmTrav’s 24/7 in-house support.

Craig Fichtelberg, President of AmTrav, said, “We are incredibly fortunate to add someone with Ana’s experience to our team. Our employees reporting directly to Ana as well as our customers who she will be working with will all benefit tremendously.”

“I’m extremely fortunate to be part of a team at AmTrav that is actively contributing to ‘constructive disruption’ to the traditional technology/TMC model. Owning our technology and being the fulfillment engine allows AmTrav to engage at a deeper level than just a TMC. We are agile, nimble and strategic in creating solutions that positively affect adoption, cost savings and overall traveler satisfaction,” said Ana.
