We are proud to announce today that Ana Dawson has joined the AmTrav team as Vice President of Client Services. A veteran in the corporate travel industry, Ana brings decades of experience making travel managers’ lives easier in strategic roles with traditional travel-focused companies like United Airlines, Air Plus, American Express as well as leadership roles with technology and gig economy companies like i:FAO, KDS and ShipperBee. Ana’s background in both business development and account management will provide the strategic expertise travel managers look for in a travel management partner. She will lead the client services team while they exceed clients’ expectations with managing travel, controlling expenses, operationalizing data and leveraging AmTrav’s 24/7 in-house support.
Craig Fichtelberg, President of AmTrav, said, “We are incredibly fortunate to add someone with Ana’s experience to our team. Our employees reporting directly to Ana as well as our customers who she will be working with will all benefit tremendously.”
“I’m extremely fortunate to be part of a team at AmTrav that is actively contributing to ‘constructive disruption’ to the traditional technology/TMC model. Owning our technology and being the fulfillment engine allows AmTrav to engage at a deeper level than just a TMC. We are agile, nimble and strategic in creating solutions that positively affect adoption, cost savings and overall traveler satisfaction,” said Ana.
