AmTrav lets you decide what kind of booking email notifications you receive and customize who will receive them.
When you book a trip with AmTrav, you (the booker) are automatically sent a booking confirmation email. But you can also sign up for additional automatic email notifications, add additional email addresses to also receive booking confirmations and/or invoices, and choose who gets which emails in AmTrav.
Here’s how to set that up:
Step 1: To add booking notifications for your own bookings, click on My Profile on your dashboard.
Step 2: Scroll down to the Booking Notifications area and click +Add New Email Notifications.
Step 3: Enter the recipient email address for the person who should receive the notification emails. Select what type of notifications you want enabled by checking or unchecking the boxes next to each notification type listed. Click Add to save to your profile.
If you'd like to send booking notifications for your team members' bookings (in addition to the notifications that are automatically sent to the booker), you can navigate to My Team, select the profile for the desired team member and repeat Steps 2 and 3 above. Alternately, you can add notifications for everyone under a travel policy as described in Steps 3-6 of "How do I set up my company’s booking and workflow travel policy details?"
