If you're adding more than a couple new Travelers, Coordinators or Administrators to AmTrav, batch upload those users.
Instructions for adding a few new Travelers, Coordinators or Administrators are here -- but if you're uploading a lot of new users, here's how to do that.
Note: AmTrav also supports certain HR system and single signon integrations to automatically add, update and remove users. Talk to your Relationship Manager about those options.
Step 1: download and fill in AmTrav's user upload template. The basic version is here, if you need additional fields please contact your Go-Live Manager or Relationship Manager (or rm@amtrav.com). Mandatory fields are first name, last name and AmTrav Role (Traveler, Coordinator, Administrator), if no policy group is specified then the default policy will be applied.

Step 2: save and email your upload template to your Go-Live Manager or Relationship Manager, they'll take care of the upload from there!
