EasyBiz is Alaska Airlines' dedicated travel program designed for small businesses. The program offers rewards points and centralized Alaska reporting for your team’s corporate travel program, and can be a great way to have individuals on your team access benefits for the company while booking their own travel.
Taken together, EasyBiz offers a credit towards future travel or upgrades worth 1.4% of every dollar spent (based on points bloggers’ Mileage Plan™ mile value of 1.4 cents each), the ability to securely centralize payment, and the ability to track bookings, spend and unused tickets for bookings made on AlaskaAir.com by your registered employee users. For companies already booking on AlaskaAir.com, this is a clear upgrade and no-brainer.
Signing up for EasyBiz is pretty straightforward. Small businesses can enroll online. You must identify an Administrator on your team to manage a profile in order to gain access to all program benefits, and the Administrator serves as the point person - the one person on your team who can access and administer benefits to your company. There are no set-up costs or user fees to participate in EasyBiz.
In order to book flights with EasyBiz, your registered employees must login and book direct on the Alaska Airlines website. You can book on behalf of employees who are registered in your EasyBiz account or they can book themselves. Likewise you can change or cancel trips online with Alaska.
