EasyBiz is Alaska Airlines' dedicated travel program designed for small businesses. The program offers rewards points and centralized Alaska reporting for your team’s corporate travel program, and can be a great way to have individuals on your team access benefits for the company while booking their own travel.

What are some of the benefits of EasyBiz for my small business?

  • Your whole team can book and change Alaska Airlines tickets with Alaska’s lowest-priced airfare 
  • Your business earns 1 Mileage Plan mile for every dollar spent by employees on EasyBiz bookings. Miles are accrued in addition to the miles earned by each of your employee travelers on their own personal Mileage Plan™ accounts. Your company can then transfer those Mileage Plan miles to your personal accounts to pay for business or leisure trips, trip upgrades and more. 
  • Basic travel management tools like travel policy that limits employees to certain cabins or fare types, managing user access and booking with 24-hour reservation holds

How EasyBiz Works

How can I sign up for Alaska Airlines’ EasyBiz?

Signing up for EasyBiz is pretty straightforward. Small businesses can enroll online. You must identify an Administrator on your team to manage a profile in order to gain access to all program benefits, and the Administrator serves as the point person -  the one person on your team who can access and administer benefits to your company. There are no set-up costs or user fees to participate in EasyBiz. 

How can I book flights with Alaska Airlines EasyBiz?

In order to book flights with EasyBiz, your registered employees must login and book direct on the Alaska Airlines website. You can book on behalf of employees who are registered in your EasyBiz account or they can book themselves. Likewise you can change or cancel trips online with Alaska.

Does my company qualify for Alaska Airlines EasyBiz?

Probably! Any small business can sign up for free as long as your travel spend with Alaska Airlines was at least $5,000 or more in the last 15 months.

Is Alaska Airlines EasyBiz right for my company?

That depends. EasyBiz is an upgrade compared to just booking on AlaskaAir.com because it provides a rebate and some travel management functionality for Alaska Airlines bookings. 

But EasyBiz benefits (miles) can’t be earned on bookings with third-party travel management platforms and EasyBiz doesn’t offer a complete travel management solution with booking, control and tracking for travel across all airlines, hotels and car rentals.
