At AmTrav, we fancy ourselves a pretty forward thinking company and we’re proud to have led the industry with many technological firsts. But one area where we’ve been far from cutting edge, is in our booking confirmation emails. Our confirmation emails look like they’re from a different era, and not in a cool, retro, nostalgic kind of way. It’s been well over 10 years since we’ve updated them. Somehow, development sprint after development sprint, there’s always been a shinier new object that we’ve deemed more important. And we’re pretty embarrassed about it.

Enough is enough. Next week we will introduce a newly-designed email confirmation with the information you need, in a pleasing-to-the-eye, mobile-friendly format. Check out a preview:
